Processing Time
All orders are processed within 1–2 business days after payment confirmation. Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will be processed the next business day.

Delivery Time

• Major Cities (Lahore, Karachi, Islamabad, etc.): 2–4 business days
• Other Cities & Remote Areas: 4–7 business days

Shipping Charges

• Free shipping on orders over Rs. 2,000
• Standard shipping fee of Rs. 150–200 applies to orders below this amount

Order Tracking
Once your order is shipped, you will receive a tracking number via SMS/email to monitor your delivery status.

Cash on Delivery (COD)
We offer Cash on Delivery across Pakistan. Please ensure someone is available at the delivery address to receive and pay for the order.

Delays
